Considering the fact that in spite of all existing treatments used until now, we still witness the suffer from tooth decay at the majority of people around the world.
Fluorinex innovative method and device (the Fluoritray®) system is aimed to take this challenge, and try to provide a very effective mean for fighting dental caries.
Fluorinex patented innovative method and device (the Fluoritray®) system is considered to be the most advanced and effective in the market.
Fluoritray system and treatment are safe, short, very effecting and long-lasting. As such, it can be administered only once a year or two at the Dentist’s clinic.
Clinical Trials
Fluorinex Safety in-vivo Clinical trials passed successfully and was approved by the local IRB (Helsinki Committee) and by the Israeli Ministry of Health.
The efficacy in-vivo clinical trial was approved by the local IRB and by the Israeli Ministry of Health and is currently in process.
Dental caries
Dental Caries and Anti-Caries Activity
The human mouth is the most bacteria-crowded place in our body. Oral bacteria in dental plaque ferment sugars to produce a range of organic acids (lactic acid, propionic acid) that promote dissolution of tooth enamel leading to formation of dental caries.
Fluoride decreases demineralization of the enamel and promotes re-mineralization by physicochemical mechanisms. These well-established mechanisms are reviewed in Cerklewski (1997) and the papers cited...
In-vitro
Endurance Test
The purpose of the first research project was to measure and compare tooth resistance to a lactic acid challenge. Three groups of teeth were tested in order to compare their lactic acid endurance:
- A reference group which did not undergo treatment.
- One group that was traditionally treated by immersing the teeth in a commercial gel.
- A third group that was treated with the Fluorinex treatment.
In-vivo
A clinical In-Vivo (human) trial for Safety, which has been approved by the local IRB (Helsinki Committee) and by Ministry of Health, was completed successfully in November 2005. The In-Vivo clinical trial for Efficacy, which has been approved by the local IRB and by the Israeli Ministry of Health, was completed successfully in November 2008.

Fluorinex treatment helps treating sensitive teeth
What causes sensitive teeth (Dentin Hypersensitivity)?
Usually tooth sensitivity presents temporary tooth discomfort or pain after eating cold food, drinking cold liquids, or breathing cold air.
Dababneh et al (1999)1 described dentinal hypersensitivity (DH) as, “An exaggerated response to non-noxious stimuli. It is characterized by pain of short duration arising from...
